Road Trip!

This module is designed to complement the novel The Watsons go to Birmingham, 1963. The students will create a travel plan for their family to travel from Flint, MI to Birmingham, AL. Through research, the students will determine the most cost-effective mode of transportation for the family: car, airplane, train, etc., and create charts/graphs to compare costs. Students will then compare the cost of travel today to the cost of travel in 1963
